1. How does Baby Wishlist work?
At Baby Wishes, expectant parents get to select and create their Baby Wishlist,
comprising of items they would like to receive when their baby is born. Friends
can log on, browse through the list and select a gift within their budget and of
their liking. We will group all the gifts and arrange for delivery shortly before
baby is due or upon Mummy's return home from the hospital. It's hassle free! Parents
and baby get exactly what they need and friends don't have to crack their heads
thinking of a gift. And no one has to lug bulky baskets or boxes back from the hospital…
(better still, no more chicken essence overload for Mummy!)
2. How many Baby Wishlists may I have at any one time?
We'll be most happy for you to create Baby Wishlists for all your little ones! Please
note however that you can only create one Baby Wishlist with each email address
that you use to register an account with Baby Wishes. Hence, please register a new
account with a different email address before creating another Baby Wishlist.

3. In the unfortunate event that my baby does not make it to full term, what happens
to items that friends may have already purchased for me?
At Babywishes, we are mothers too and we know that life sometimes deals difficult
blows. For items that have been purchased and delivered, we are unfortunately unable
to accept returns. However, for items which have been purchased but not yet delivered,
we are happy to extend it in the form of store credits to the purchaser, which can
be used for future purchases for other friends. We are currently trying to provide
our customers with more options. There is a possibility that 80% of the purchase
price may be “transferred” to our floral vendor in the form of a floral bouquet
or hamper. We will certainly update our website when arrangements have been finalized.
4. I have a question on a product, but don't want to order anything right now.

5. How do I remove my name from your mailing list?
From time to time, Baby Wishes may send you by email or sms, product updates, new
arrivals or newsletters. If you would like to be removed from our mailing list,
please reply to the email or sms with the subject or text "remove", or fill in the
Customer Feedback Form with your email address and
request.
6. Do you have any physical store locations?
No, we do not have a physical store. By operating online, we are able to bring you
the best products at low prices.
